An order tracker for a home bakery that isn’t a spreadsheet
Name, flavour, pickup date, deposit paid. How home bakers replace the phone spreadsheet with an app they describe in a minute.

The order arrives on WhatsApp at 11pm. You log it in the phone spreadsheet, scroll to column K, type the deposit into the wrong row. On Saturday 2 customers turn up for the same cake. It isn’t carelessness — it’s a laptop spreadsheet being driven with a thumb.

Deposit and balance without a formula
The most expensive spreadsheet error is a wrong balance. “Deposit paid” as a button and “balance” computed for you removes the formula you keep breaking. Red if pickup is tomorrow and no deposit.
