Small business
A simple stock-count app for a small shop that works without Wi-Fi
Item, left, minimum, red when low. The red list is your shopping list.

Stock spreadsheets fail because nobody updates column F at 7pm. POS systems work but are priced for supermarkets. What you need is in between: a list of items, a minus button, and a row that turns red when low.
From 12 columns to 2 taps
- 1ItemNamed the way you say it.
- 2LeftMinus when sold, plus when you restock.
- 3MinimumBelow this, the row goes red.
| Item | Left | Min | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Flour 25 kg | 1 | 2 | Low |
| Sugar 1 kg | 12 | 6 | OK |
| Large boxes | 3 | 10 | Low |
| Coffee beans | 2 | 4 | Low |
| Eggs (dozen) | 7 | 4 | OK |
The red list saves the trip
Before you go to the wholesaler, open the app and look at what’s red. No more getting home and realising the sugar is gone.
